HRM with the support of the Greater Burnside Business Association has recently completed an Economic Impact Assessment of the Burnside and City of Lakes Business Park.

An Executive Summary which outlines the study's background, methodology, and economic highlights is now available.

Highlight from the Executive Summary: "In 2009 alone, the parks generated an estimated total output of $7.5 billion, net sales of $5.4 billion, household income of $1.8 billion, 52,601.1 full time equivalent jobs and $4.6 billion in GDP." -Canmac Economics and HRM (2010)
