Meet The Board
Dee Deuville Chair
Dee Deuville has been a member and a Director of the GBBA since 2005. Recently retired from a career in Media Sales, most notably with TC Media and the Burnside News. In the past year enjoyed a position as Regional Account Representative for the Chronicle Herald. Enjoys travelling, gardening and reading. Dee likes to stay involved in her community by volunteering with the GBBA and the Halifax Chamber of Commerce.
Andrew Inch, Municipal Enterprises Inc.Vice Chair
Andrew Inch has been a member and director of the GBBA since 2008, serving as chair of the advocacy committee and vice chair of the Board over the years. Andrew is a lawyer and works as Manager of Corporate Affairs at the Municipal Group of Companies, which includes Dexter Construction and REGroup. Andrew volunteers in his community, likes to spend time with his family and friends, and in his spare time enjoys skiing, sailing, bicycling, and playing guitar.
Sara Rose Condenuevo, AC Hunter Tellier Belgrave Adamson Treasurer
Sara Rose Condenuevo is working as a staff accountant at AC Hunter Tellier Belgrave Adamson CPAs and has been a member and director of the GBBA since May 2018.
Sara loves her numbers and as well as volunteering in various organizations.
When she’s not using her accounting hat, she goes on long road trips, hiking, and/or seeking extreme adventures such as sky diving and cliff diving.
Joe Treen, Safety ServicesDirector
Joe is a workplace safety professional employed with Safety Services Nova Scotia as OHS Director. Joe has been a member of GBBA since SSNS offices moved to Burnside and has been on the Board of Directors since (sorry, I don’t even know the date!). Joe is happily married with one teenage son and a four legged best friend, Chloe.
Chrissy Jardine, Hampton InnDirector
Chrissy Jardine has been a member of the GBBA sense 2017. Chrissy has 15 plus years in the hospitality industry and her focus includes developing, drive sales with continuing to build and maintain community relationships. Chrissy is currently acting Director of Sales for D.P Murphy Hotels &Resorts which has 12 properties across the Maritimes covering multiple hotel brands. Chrissy resides in East Hants and in her spare time you can find her with a camera in her hand as she has a passion for photography and spending time with her family and friends.
Earl MacLeod, MNP LLPDirector
Earl MacLeod has been involved with GBBA since 2012 and has been on the board of directors since 2015. Earl is a Chartered Professional Accountant and is a Partner of MNP LLP working in the area of taxation. Earl provides tax and business advice to owner managed businesses to assist them in dealing with corporate and personal Canadian and U.S. tax matters. Earl lives in Dartmouth with his wife and enjoys spending time golfing, travelling, and running.
Amy Gibson Saab, BoyneClarke LLPDirector
Amy Gibson Saab joined the board of directors in 2018. She has been a lawyer in Dartmouth with BoyneClarke LLP since 2010 and focuses on tax issues for businesses and their owners. Married with two young children, she spends her spare time with family and staying active in the community.
Glynis Mullen, Weldon McInnisDirector
Long time resident and an avid advocate for all things Dartmouth. Glynis was involved with the GBBA as Administrative Assistant from 2009 – 2016 and returns this year as a Director working with the Advocacy and Events Committees. Glynis currently holds the position of Office Manager for Weldon McInnis, one of the oldest law firms in Downtown Dartmouth.
Kelly Lohnes, Bonshaw MediaDirector
Kelly is new to the board this year (2018). She is a Digital Media Consultant for Bonshaw Media. Kelly and her team create strategic advertising and marketing campaigns to meet the needs of her clients’ brand objectives. She has working in the digital landscape for a number of years and enjoys learning about new trends and technologies.
She has a love for new cultures and seeing new places so most of her free time is spent travelling.
Cathy Deagle-Gammon is the Executive Director of DASC and President of the Social Enterprise Network of Nova Scotia. She has a life long career in the non profit sector supporting persons with disability in social enterprise, employment and inclusion.
